- All orders are processed and dispatched the following working day and we aim to deliver within 2-4 working days. Deliveries are made using a track and trace service which will require a signature. For this reason you may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone will be available to sign. If you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us via email.

- At suneeta.co.uk we respect and value the privacy of existing and new customers and will never intentionally pass on your information or details to a third party. We may occasionally contact you via email to inform you of any new products, offers or events specifically from suneeta.co.uk. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list please inform us immediately via email so that we can remove and destroy your contact details.
- Returns Policy
- In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted providing the tags are still attached and the item is returned within 14 days from original purchase, (postmarked within 14 days).
- Kindly be informed that any item returned which is NOT in its original condition or considered to have been worn will NOT be refunded.
- In order to return an item please contact us via email for the return address details and be strongly advised to use special delivery so that they can be tracked and traced. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost returned items or the postage cost. once the item has been received and checked you will receive an email as confirmation and your refund/exchange will be processed immediately. All refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment.
